The National Kidney Foundation of Kentucky's Planned Giving Program is designed to help you perpetuate your support of lifesaving efforts in the fight against kidney and urinary diseases.
Through your lasting gift to the NKFK, you will ultimately help eradicate diseases which now affect more than 20 million Americans.
