Nephrology Fellows Travel Grant Program:
As in previous years, the NKF will award travel grants up to $600, depending upon travel distance, to nephrology fellows and trainees to attend the National Kidney Foundation 2006 Spring Clinical Meetings, April 19-23, 2006 at the Hyatt Regency Chicago, Chicago, IL.
Please complete the one-page application* and have the training program director submit the application to the NKF along with a letter of recommendation on behalf of the fellow. A maximum of three applications per program will be considered. Since funds may be limited, program directors should indicate the relative priority of multiple applications in a cover letter. The deadline for receipt of applications is FEBRUARY 1, 2006.
